Tip: for a smaller bed size, making 4′ x 4′ square beds would be just as easy. simply cut two boards in half and use all four boards to create a square frame. step 1: measure & mark. to get started, we used a swanson speed square (amazon) and pencil to mark the boards at 4ft. step 2: cut the boards.
