Artstation Storm Giant By Ruben Smit I had a blast working on this project. this is a game ready asset inspired by a forgotten realms character "hekaton the ruler of storm giants" the design was inspired by the book cover art from "storm king's thunder" by tyler jacobson. i concepted the character further in photoshop and zbrush to get a detailed enough illustration to work from. my focus for this project was to push my quality. Artstation Storm Giant I had a great time modeling, rigging, animating this storm giant. this is a game ready asset inspired by a forgotten realms character "hekaton the ruler of storm giants" the design was inspired by the book cover art from "storm king's thunder". i concepted the character further in photoshop and zbrush to get a detailed enough illustration to work from. i was bringing this character to life by. It shows the cloud giant on the left which stands, on average, at 7.3m or 24 feet tall, through to the storm giant on the right which is even taller at 7.9m or 26 feet. the hill giant is the smallest drawn and manages a ‘mere’ 4.9m or 16 feet. you can see more of anders’ illustrations over at their artstation.
