Most likely roblox declined them if they aren't showing, check the decal pages and if the icon isn't loading it means it probably got declined, maybe contact roblox and ask for why the decal was declined, etc. they might be able to help you out as most likely this isnt a bloxburg issue. edit: i've had decals that don't even break roblox's rules.
