Norwalk Bridge Transmission Relocation Project Eversource In 2023, eversource energy (eversource) is proceeding with plans to permanently relocate a portion of two existing 115 kv electric transmission lines from railroad catenaries and existing structures within the ct dept. of transportation (ctdot) railroad right of way. the lines would be relocated to an underground configuration.
